Our Vacancy Management Service (VMS) is available to recruiters who would like to outsource staff from a different angle other than the general high street employment agency approach that offers staffing services for a costly fee. We offer an alternative solution which increases the likelihood of attracting a high caliber of candidates for an affordable flat-rate administrative fee.
Unique with our VMS is that it is managed and quality monitored by a small team of psychologically and industry trained individuals. This helps when you as a recruiter have both the needs of the team and service users to consider when making decisions about selecting the type of candidate whose qualifications, experience, interpersonal skills and approach is likely to reflect the service ethos.
